Overview
Arlo Connect is a Homey integration developed by Creson. The app connects your Homey directly to Arlo services so supported cameras, locations and base stations can be used in Homey.
Information handled by the Homey app
To sign in, Arlo Connect handles the Arlo email address, password, MFA verification and session information that you provide. Device information such as camera names, model identifiers, battery levels, motion state, location modes and base-station state may be read from Arlo and shown in Homey.
Where information is stored
Account settings and saved session data are stored in the app environment on your Homey. Arlo Connect does not intentionally transmit your Arlo password, MFA code or saved session to Creson servers.
Third-party services
The app communicates with Arlo services and runs on the Homey platform. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to data processed by those services.
This website
This static website does not include advertising, analytics, tracking pixels or account registration. Standard web-server logs may record technical request information such as IP address, timestamp, requested page and browser user agent for security and operational purposes.
Support email
When you email support, the information you choose to send is used to answer the request and troubleshoot the issue. Never include passwords, MFA codes or saved session files.
Changes
This policy may be updated as Arlo Connect develops. The revision date at the top of this page will be changed when material updates are made.
